Tonight the Prime Minister announced that Auckland will be in lockdown Level 3 for three days from midnight, and that the rest of New Zealand will be in Level 2. According to the Level 3 lockdown rules, visits to your GP/clinic will need to be done by video or phone where possible.

It’s much easier to answer a survey when an experience is fresh in your mind, so please complete the consumer survey if you ‘saw’ your doctor or nurse by video or phone, or the provider survey if you’re a general practice nurse or doctor.
